Discussion and possible action to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Laredo Independent School District (L.I.S.D.) and Webb County Head Start-Early Head Start Program at J.C. Martin Elementary. This MOU establishes the terms and conditions under which L.I.S.D. and Webb County Head Start will share in the operation and monitoring of four (4) full day pre-kindergarten classrooms. The term of the MOU shall be for a period of 5 scholastic calendar years (2019-2020 school year through the 2023-2024 school year) at a yearly cost of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00), subject to annual budget appropriation and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
