Discussion and possible action to approve the posting and filling of the following Slots, subject to the availability of payroll funds and any applicable Civil Service guidelines, effective October 19, 2020:

2092	Judicial Bond Officer	$16.12 - 12/A-E
2095	Administrative Clerk	$13.07 - 9/A-E

Issue: Slot #2095, became vacant on June 11, 2020, and this department was not able to fill it due to the financial interruptions caused by the COVID19 pandemic, in budget year 2019-2020. Slot #2092, became vacant on October 5, 2020. Pre-Trial Services is currently operating on a reduced staff force and is in great need to fill the vacant slots.

Solution: Filling the vacant slots will allow this office to operate efficiently and service the judicial courts.

Results: Working with a full staff will not delay the judicial process in the court system.
