Discussion and possible action to approve the purchase (2) New Peterbilt 567 WALKER Water Combos for the Las Presas Water Dispenser Improvements from RUSH Truck Center in the amount of $365,710.52; pursuant to Sections 271.101 and 271.102 of hte Texas Local Government Code, Cooperative Purchasing program; Buy Board 601-19, and to identify funding source; and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: This new Built Water Dispenser will require water hauling from the Rio Bravo Water Treatment Plant Permit Number 2400022 required in the T.C.E.Q. letter of approval. We have no units available to haul water to this location.

Solution: Granting the purchase of the Combo Units.

Results: Water will be transported from the Rio Bravo Water Treatment Plant to the Las Presas Water Dispenser.
