Discussion and possible action authorizing the Purchasing Agent to add four (4) new cell phone devices including data services for the Webb County Employee Medical & Wellness Clinic and Risk Management Department pursuant to Sections 271.101 and Texas Local Government Code, Cooperative Purchasing program DIR Agreement TSO-3420 at a monthly rate of $39.99 plus surcharges and other related fees per line with AT&T FirstNet Plan and subject to annual budgetary appropriation.
