Discussion and possible action to approve a One (1) year renewal Professional Service agreement with Recovery Monitoring Solutions, to provide continuous alcohol monitoring, breath-alcohol testing and/or drug patch services for the Webb County Pretrial Services Department commencing October 1, 2021 through December 31, 2022. Participants who are being monitored will directly pay the vendor Seventy-Five Dollars ($75) and the Pretrial Department will pay Seventy Dollars ($70) when services are utilized, and authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute all relevant documents.
