Discussion and possible action to award RFP No. 2021-007 "Webb County Detoxification Facility - Renovation Project" to the sole proposer Quantum Construction + Design for an amount not to exceed $1,868,135.00 as the base bid with ten (10) alternate deducts totaling $372,437.64, Webb County and its architect or engineer may discuss with the selected offeror options for a scope or time modification and any price change associated with the proposed based bid and the alternates listed as deductions prior to finalizing any construction contract in order to have a satisfactory contract with proposer in accordance with the Texas Government Code; 2269.151 Subchapter D.
