Discussion and possible action to enter into a Utility Payment Collection Service Agreement between Ad-Comp Systems, Inc. and Webb County for the Water Utilities Department in order to collect and process utility payments through telephonic means. The term of the agreement shall be for One (1) year, starting on or about November 1, 2021 and/or the actual start date of the first live transaction, at a cost of Seventy-Five Cents (.75) per call/transaction; and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents, and any other matters incident thereto.
