Issue: Commissioners Court authorized the Purchasing Agent to secure Request for Qualifications from Architectural firms to retain services to assist the County in the reconfiguration and redesign of the County golf course in anticipation of the expansion of Loop 20 which will take acreage from the golf course, approximately 9.226 acres. Four (4) Statement of Qualifications were submitted for review and consideration.

Solution: All four (4) firms were evaluated and scored accordingly. Consideration by Commissioners Court to award to the highest ranking respondent.

Result: If approved, a professional services agreement will be negotiated and returned to Commissioners Court for their approval on fees and corresponding terms and conditions for final execution.
