Discussion and possible action to accept a Thirty Thousand Dollar ($30,000.00) from Ms. Patty P. Mueller, descendant of the Ortiz family, to rehabilitate/repair the front balcony on Casa Ortiz and any other matters incident thereto.

Background:

M.s Patty P. Mueller donated $30,000 to the Laredo Cultural District for the repair of the balcony. The Cultural District is submitting that funding to the County so theat the project can be funded.
