Discussion and possible action to approve and authorize a proposed expedited Settlement Agreement and penalty payment of $800.00, between the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Webb County in Docket No. CAA 06-2023-3304 and CAA 06-2013-3305, by and between "EPA" and Webb County, and authorizing the County Judge to execute any and all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: This Alleged Violation references the need to update the Risk Management Plan on file with the EPA for facility located in Rio Bravo, Texas.

Solution: These reporting violations have been resolved by submitting updated Plans and assure that it will continue as required.

Result: Provide and updated Risk Management Plan as any needed.
