Issue: Webb County is proposing the following road project; BID (ITB) No. 2022-015 Mangana Hein Road Extension Project. As stated in Commissioner Court on October 11, 2022, Item 28, funding has been identified for the excess budget earmarked for this project.
Solution: The Engineering Department is proposing to transfer funds from the 2020 County Transportation Infrastructure Fund (C.T.I.F.) Grant, left over from previously completed overlay projects, to accomplish this road project. The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) has approved the transfer of C.T.I.F. funds.
Result: County Mangana Hein Road will be maintained for use by county residents, first responders and school district. |
