Discussion and possible action to grant Preliminary and Final Plat approval to Lot 31, Block 03, Old Milwaukee Subdivision Plat and issue a “Certificate of Compliance with Plat Requirements” (ID 11984).

Background:

Item is a regulatory compliance matter with development provisions of state and local laws/regulations. The purpose is to plat 0.1979 acres out of a 0.8511 acre tract out of Abstract 296, Porcion 32, known as Old Milwaukee in compliance with the provisions of Local Government Code, Chapter 232, Subchapter B and Webb County’s Model Subdivision Regulations.

All water and wastewater improvements have been completed and are in place.

There are no proposed public improvements.
