Discussion and possible action to approve by Commissioners Court Order pursuant to Section 262.024 (a)(4) of the Texas Local Government Code for a professional/personal Services Agreement with Justice Benefits, Inc. for a one (1) year contract, effective the date Webb County approves and signs the Agreement (October 24, 2022) with Justice Benefits, Incorporated for a Cost Allocation Plan ("the CAP") in an amount not to exceed Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($12,500.00) to conduct a study and deliver a report, to claim indirect costs on Federal and State grants, to be completed, finalized and delivered within ninety days (90) of receiving all necessary data from the County; and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
