Discussion and possible action to approve by Commissioners Court Order pursuant to Section 262.024 (a)(7)(A) of the Texas Local Government Code for items for which competition is precluded because of the existence of patents or copyrights, enter into a three (3) year Software License and Support Services Agreement beginning (October 24, 2022 - September 30, 2025) between Webb County (for the benefit the Webb County Sheriff's Office) and CorEMR, L.C., a Utah Limited Liability Company, with a prepaid Monthly Service Fee in the amount of Two Dollars ($2.00) per inmate at an estimated daily average of 500 inmates and a one time set up fee of Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($17,500), thereafter a Monthly Service Fee of One Dollar and Fifty Cents ($1.50) per inmate will be charged based on the actual average daily population for the next 12 months; any additional services and hardware that are requested shall be invoiced at the agreed prices and authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute any and all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.
