Discussion and possible action to enter into a Master Contract for Surveying Services with each of the following firms: Howland Engineering and Surveying Co., Top Site Civil Group, LLC and Blue Top Land Surveying, Inc. to be selected on an "as needed" rotation basis for various County projects, each project will be covered by a separate work authorization and any other matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents.
