Discussion and possible action to rescind the Commissioners Court action on September 25, 2023 Agenda Item #20 being “Discussion and possible action to approve Change Orders No. 1-8 in the amount of approximately $330,000.00 to Quantcorp Construction for the Webb County Detoxification Facility with additional approval to transfer funds from Account 3907 Interest Income to 3902-7230-001-474501 (Construction in Progress); and authorize the County Judge to sign any relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. [Fund #3907 (Interest Income) and Account #3902-7230-001-474501 (Construction in Progress)] and any matters incident thereto.
