Discussion and possible action to enter into Amendment #1 to the Donation and Construction Agreement for Road Improvements on Alamo Road between Webb County and EOG Resources dated September 1, 2023 to provide for the contribution of culvert piping by County to the project and for additional work to be provided by EOG to remove and replace two wooden bridge structures and any matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents. [No effect on County Budget]
