Discussion and possible action to approve a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Homeland Security Investigations and the Webb County Attorney's Office under Title 19, United States Code (U.S.C.), Section 140 (i); 19 U.S.C. § 1589a. The M.O.U. will allow certain employees of the Webb County Attorney's Office to be designated as customs officers, without additonal compensation, to perform such duties and authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute all relevant documents.
