Discussion and possible action to approve the purchase of One (1) 2015 Kia Soul customized "HotShot" vehicle for the Webb County Community Action Agency Meals On Wheels Program as pursuant to Sections 271.101 and 271.102, Subchapter F. Cooperative Purchasing Program Contract Buy Board #358-10 Texas Local Government Code in the amount no to exceed $25,981.00. This will not impact the General Fund. [Account #952-4216-8801]

Background:

The Meals On Wheels Program provides a hot nutritious noon meals up to 7 days a week to the elderly, homebound residents in the entire County of Webb. This vehicle will be used solely for the Meals On Wheels Program for meals delivery.
