Discussion and possible action to dispose of surplus property as allowed in Texas Local Government Code 263.152(3); 142 Influenza ("Flu") Vaccines that have expired and have no value for the purpose they were originally intended. Vaccines will be destroyed by company hired to perform immunizations, in accordance to state or federal law; and any other matters incident thereto.
