Discussion and possible action to approve a Resolution supporting the inclusion of the Webb County Indigent Health Care Services Department in the creation of a health care consortium with the following providers: Texas Health & Human Services - Office of Border Affairs, Mercy Ministries of Laredo, The Rio Grande Border Area Health Education Center (MRGB AHEC), Gateway Community Health Center, and BCFS-Health and Human Services for the submission of a Rural Health Care Services Outreach Program grant application; and any other matters incident thereto.
