Discussion and possible action to approve a reimbursement agreement between Webb County Sheriff's Office and the United States Marshals Services for overtime expenses for performance period October 2014 through September 2015 for an amount not to exceed $12,000.00, in support of Joint Law Enforcement Operations - Project JLEOTFS4. Cash match for fringe benefits will be covered by State forfeiture funds. [Fund #168]

Background:

USMS OT agreements have been approved in the past in support of Joint law enforcement operations to dismantle organized crime activity. Sheriff's Office recommends approval.

Previous Court Action:

Last OT agreement with between the WCSO and USMS approved on January 27, 2014 by Commissioners Court.
