Discussion and possible action to approve that Webb County elect the alternate method of county budget preparation as authorized in Subchapter C, Section 111.061 and 111.062, Local Government Code, that authorizes the appointment of a county budget officer in counties with a population of more than 125,000; effective for fiscal year 2015-2016; and any other matters incident thereto.
