Subject:
Discussion and possible action to approve the payment of Application No. 21A to Zertuche Construction in the amount of $21,014.20, for the percentage of work completed on the Fernando Salinas Community Center contract. The County will forward the City of Laredo a request for payment of One-half (½) this amount to cover their commitment to the project. [Accounts #634-6113-8601 and #634-2311]
Background:
Staff recommends proceeding with payment of Payment Application No. 21 for the percentage of work now complete.
