Discussion and possible action to enter into a Two (2) year (September 1, 2015 through August 30, 2017) Non-Financial Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Webb County Head Start/Early Head Start Program and Women Infant Children (WIC) Program. The purpose of the MOU is to provide a common understanding of collaboration and relationship between both parties, and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents.
