Discussion and possible action to enter into a Forty-Eight (48) month (November 9, 2015 through November 8, 2019) Lease with Maintenance Agreement between Toshiba Business Solutions and the Webb county Justice of the Peace Precinct 1, Place 2 for a Toshiba E-Studio 507 at a cost of ONE HUNDRED FORTY NINE DOLLARS AND SEVENTY-TWO CENTS ($149.72) per month for a total amount of SEVEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY SIX DOLLARS AND FIFTY SIX-CENTS ($7,186.56) over the term of the agreement, pursuant to Texas Local Government Code, Subchapter F., Cooperative Purchasing Program; Sections 271.101 and 271.102, Contract no. DIR-TSO-3042, subject to annual budget appropriations, and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
