Discussion and possible action to award Request For Proposal (RFP) 2015-15-1 Tex-Mex Building Asbestos Removal to the lowest bidder - River City Environmental LLC in the amount of $39,075.46.
Issue:
The Webb County Commissioners Court approved to re-solicit proposals for the removal and disposal of asbestos for the Tex-Mex Building.
Solution:
Recommendation from the Webb County Engineer to this project, before the demolish takes place.
Result:
The removal will be completed within approximately 16 days.
