Discussion and possible action to enter into a Twenty-Four (24) month (November 9, 2015 through November 8, 2017) Maintenance Agreement between Toshiba Business Solutions and the Webb County Election’s Office for a Toshiba E-Studio 600 Copier at a cost of EIGHTY-TWO DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS ($82.50) per quarter for a total amount of SIX HUNDRED SIXTY DOLLARS ($660.00) over the term of the agreement, subject to annual budget appropriations, and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
