Issue:
The aforementioned account had previously been paid by another company prior to receiving check #3031 from National Tax Search LLC, Agent for Wells Fargo Bank NA, which resulted in the over-payment of $14,887.83.
Solution:
Refund said amount to National Tax Search LLC for the over-payment.
Result:
The monies will ultimately be reimbursed to the appropriate taxpayer.
