Discussion and possible action to enter into a Forty-Eight (48) month (November 23, 2015 through November 22, 2019) Lease with Maintenance Agreement between Toshiba Business Solutions and Webb County for the County Clerk’s Office for a Toshiba E-Studio 6570CT Copier at a cost of TWO HUNDRED SIXTY DOLLARS AND NINETEEN CENTS ($260.19) per month for a total amount of TWELVE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY-NINE DOLLARS AND TWELVE CENTS ($12,489.12) over the term of the agreement, subject to annual budget appropriating; and authorize the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
