Discussion and possible action to approve Change Order #1 to Olympia Landscape Development, Inc, in the amount of $7,100.00 for additional field striping for 8U minimum official 40X20 yards in white stripes and also 6U minimum official 20X15 yards in yellow stripes for RFP 2015-11 Rio Bravo Park Soccer Field. [Account #603-0101--8801 (Capital Outlay Fund)]

Issue: Previous field striping (white) was approved for children under 10 years and under.

Solution: Approval of Change order will add additional stripping (yellow) for children under the age of 6 (six) years and under.

Result: Change will allow for proper field sizing option according to age.
