Issue: El Aguila is experiencing difficulties in obtaining vendors that can repair cutaway buses.

Solution: Solicit bids in an effort to contract a vendor that specializes in repairs for these type of buses.

Result: Purchasing Efficiency, Compliance of the Law, and El Aguila will have a vendor that can help them repair their buses
