Discussion and possible action to enter into a Sixty (60) month (December 30, 2017 through December 29, 2022) Fair Market Value Lease Agreement between Pitney Bowes and the Webb County Tax Assessor Office for Letter Opener hardware at a cost of One Hundred Thirty Two Dollars and Twenty-Two Cents ($132.22) per month for a total amount of Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-Three Dollars and Twenty Cents ($7,933.20) over the term of the agreement, subject to annual budget appropriating and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
