Discussion and possible action to enter into a Twenty-Four (24) month (October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2019) Maintenance Agreement between Toshiba Business Solutions and Webb County for the Webb County Records Management Office for a MBM 5009 Crosscut Shredder at an annual cost of Three Thousand Dollars and zero cents ($3,000.00) per year for a total amount of SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($6,000.00) over the term of the agreement, subject to annual budget appropriations and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
