Discussion and possible action to enter into a Thirty-Four (34) month (October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2020) Maintenance Agreement between Toshiba Business Solutions and Webb County for the Webb County District Attorney’s Office for a Toshiba E-Studio 6570CT copier at a per print cost of $.00624 for black copies and a per print cost of $.0354 for color copies to be billed monthly in accordance with the rate schedule as set forth in the agreement, subject to annual budget appropriations and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
