Issue: Budget amendment needed for year-end Election funds' bank reconciliations and recording of deposits and disbursemtns.
Solution: Transfer budget from elections fund balance to appropriate expenditure accounts to be used for the purpose of reconciling bank election expenditures.
Result: There will be sufficient funds in all budget line items to recored year-end transactions. |
