Discussion and possible action to enter into a sixty (60) month (January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2025) Lease and Maintenance Agreement between NDS Leasing and Webb County for the Webb County Tax Assessor Office for four (4) Kyocera copiers (models: 9002,7002, 3553ci and 4003) at a monthly cost of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) and a total amount of Ninety Thousand Dollars ($90,000.00) over the term of the agreement, subject to annual budget appropriation and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
