Discussion and possible action to enter into a Sixty (60) month (December 31, 2019 through December 30, 2024) State and Local Term Rental Agreement between Pitney Bowes and Webb County for the Tax Assessor Collector for mail services hardware and software at a cost of Nine Hundred Fifty-Three Dollars and Thirty-Three Cents ($953.33) per month for a total amount of Fifty Seven Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Nine Dollars and Eighty Cents ($57,199.80) over the term of the agreement, subject to annual budget appropriation and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
