Discussion and possible action to enter into a Services Agreement between Compu-Data International, LLC and Webb County for the Webb County District Clerk for document imaging services at a total cost of Eighty Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars and Forty-Five Cents ($89,800.45). The agreement commences upon execution and shall remain in effect for a forty-five day period and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
