Discussion and possible action to enter into a Twelve (12) month (December 1, 2019 through November 30, 2020) Pest Elimination Services agreement between Webb County for Meals on Wheels program and EcoLab for pest elimination services at a monthly Seventy Dollars ($70) and a total amount of Eight Hundred Forty Dollars ($840) and authorizing the County Judge to execute any and all documents, and any other matters incident thereto. This agreement will not have an impact to the General Fund. [Requested by Community Action Agency; Account #2371-5260-521-441205]

Background:

Ecolab offers proven restaurant pest elimination solutions that protect the premises of the MOW/EN kitchen facility.

Previous Court Action:

The previous action taken was to approve the agreement which covered pest elimination services from March 01, 2018 – October 31, 2019.
