Discussion and possible action to authorize Webb County to enter into a Five (5) year agreement with Insight Public Sector, Inc. for a software subscription at an annual cost of $41,472.00 with a total cost of $207,360.00 pursuant to Sections 271.001 and 271.102 of the Texas Local Government Code, Cooperative Purchasing Program (Contract No. DIR-TSO-4167); and further authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Dual authentication is a security feature that Webb County does not have at this time.

Solution: Approve and procure the requested items.

Result: Purchased items will enhance cybersecurity protection for Webb County's IT network infrastructure.
