Discussion with possible action to ratify an agreement for One year (October 1, 2020 - September 30, 2021) between the United States Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Webb County for the Webb County Constables Office Pct. 1 in the amount of $19,180, to fund Account #2583-3150-001-413000,; and authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. There will be no financial impact to the general fund, as FLSA pay, straight time, overtime, and fringe benefits will be paid through State forfeiture funds in a total of $4,528.00. [Accounts #2181-3150-001-422000 (FICA), #2181-3150-001-423000 (Retirement), #2181-3150-001-425000 (Unemployment), #2181-3150-001-426000 (Workers Compensation)]

Issue: Pending Webb County Commissioners Court ratification of agreement.

Solution: Approve the agreement.

Result: Executed Agreement will be approved by the Webb County Commissioners Court.
