Discussion and possible action to enter into a one (1) year renewal license agreement (October 1, 2021 to September 30, 2022) between Webb County for the benefit of the Webb County District Attorney's Office and Journal Technologies, Inc. for the use of the e-Prosecutor Go Live software in the amount of One Hundred Eleven Thousand One Hundred Thirty-Two Dollars and Sixty-Six Cents ($111,132.66) and authorizing the Webb County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Journal Technologies, Inc. is discontinuing the support for Justware which is the current software utilized by the District Attorney's Office for handing their cases.

Solution: Journal Technologies, Inc. is able to migrate the data to their software platform called e-Prosecutor.

Result: The District Attorneys Office will be able to utilize the most up-to-date software to manage their cases.
