Discussion and possible action on changes and/or additions to County Election Precincts (voting tabulation districts, "VTD"s) to give effect to any redistricting changes which ensures that each election precinct does not contain territory from more than one commissioners' precinct, justice precinct, congressional district, state representative district, state senatorial district, or State Board of Education district (§42.005, Election Code) and to increase or reduce the number of registered voters within election precincts to meet population requirements (§42.006, Election Code).
