Discussion and possible action to approve a Professional Master Service, Consulting and Support Services Agreement between Webb County and Trac-N-Trol Inc./Flowatch on behalf of the Utilities Department in order to monitor the system with detailed surface water monthly operating reports (S.W.M.O.R.), for a three year (3yr.) term effective retroactively from October 1, 2021 thru September 30, 2024, at the rate/fee of $1,500.00 per month, and authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute any and all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.
