Water Dispenser Transaction and Maintenance Program Fee and Support Agreement for all three (3) Water Dispenser locations between Webb County and Aquaflow Intl., Inc. for the Utilities Department, effective retroactively from October 1, 2021 thru September 30, 2024, at the annual fee/rate of $3,098.00 per year plus a ten cent ($0.10) per transaction fee; and authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute any and all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.
