Discussion and possible action to enter into a service agreement between Webb County and Kofile Technologies, Inc. concerning the preservation of the Webb County Clerk's Probate Case files which said services involves the preservation - conservation treatment, deacidify, encapsulate, bind rehousing and imaging of said files in an amount not to exceed Five Hundred Twenty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Forty-Four Dollars ($522,544.00), and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents. Background:

Issue: Webb County Clerk seeks the preservation of their probate case files.

Solution: Enter into an Agreement with Kofile Technologies, Inc. whose services will be to preserve Webb County's Probate Case files.

Result: Webb County Clerk will be better able to preserve its probate case files by entering into an agreement with Kofile Technologies, Inc. (Vendor)
