Discussion and possible action to approve the release of the withheld partial retainage payment in the amount of $10,763.19 from the original invoice amount of $215,264.00 payable to Schindler Elevator Corporation Invoice #7401566036 and authorize the County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. [Account #3868-7230-001-443000-260 (Repairs & Maintenance Administration Building) and Account #3868-206000 (Retainage Payable)]

Issue: Elevator improvement was completed as detailed under contract specifications.

Solution: Commissioners Court authorizes the release of retainer fee for the modernization of the Administration Building elevators.

Result: Schindler Elevator Corporation will be paid for services rendered.
