Discussion and possible action to execute Project Grant Agreement Discretionary 5339-R-2022-WEBB CO-00011 for Webb County Community Action Agency - El Aguila Rural Transportation from the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) in the amount of SEVENTY-SIX THOUSAND TWENTY-EIGHT DOLLARS ($76,028.000). This grant does not require a county match. All required documentation has been submitted to the Economic Development Department for review and the solicitation is compliant with Webb County (SPOC) Single Point of Contact procedures. No Impact to the General Fund. [Requested by Robert Martinez; CAA El Aguila Rural Transit Manager]

Issue: El Aguila Rural Transportation is a grant funded agency.

Solution: Application for Federal funds will benefit both operations and administrative expenses and allow for continued transportation services.

Result: Continuation of services throughout the rural areas of Webb County.
