Discussion and possible action to approve, by Order, an objection to the findings of Groundwater Management Area 13 and informing said Groundwater Management Area 13 board that Webb County intends to implement projects to withdraw up to 50,000 acre feet of groundwater per year from aquifers located within the boundaries of Webb County; and any other matters incident thereto. [Executive Session may be requested pursuant to Deliberation regarding economic development negotiations related to water supply to Webb County and its colonias under §551.087 of the Tex. Gov’t Code]
